I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays from our NYC greenhouse to ensure your plants don't spend weekends in transit. Each plant is carefully packed bare roots with moss.

Minor issues like yellowing leaves or minor root rot due to shipping stress can occur. Contact me upon plant arrival for guidance.

While I carefully pack each plant, I am not liable for delays or damage during transit. Please file any claims directly with the carrier.
For plant damage upon arrival under normal shipping conditions, send me an unboxing video or pictures ***within 6 hours of delivery***.
